I worry too about whether the stories can remain fresh over the seasons to come, but I tend to do that with a lot of shows. Instead, I have made a decision to enjoy said shows until I deem them no longer enjoyable and I move on to new little gems. As for this ruby, I love that it is current but feels like it is set in another time. And the visual attention to detail adds another dimension. As for the witty narrative, it's the icing on this treat. Hit.
