We all know The Wizard Of Oz and most of us grew up loving it or having some respect for it. What's the point of "re-imagining" it as some kind of dark, twisted tale? It doesn't appeal to me at all. Also, for me, I am not at all a fan of Zooey Deschanel. I don't know why but I really don't like her acting. There just isn't any way they were going to get me to watch this with her in the lead...
