I don’t know what a URI is. But that is nothing, I don’t how to interpret your odds. Would you explain?
For instance, you show odds for Best Actor as follows:

    Clooney 4/1
    Day-Lewis 1/10
    Depp 9/2
    Jones 5-1

Does that mean that Day-Lewis should win wih 1/10? Or, Jones should win with 5-1?

Well, I’m no betting expert but the odds work something like this:

1/1 would be even money – That is, for $1 bet you would win your $1 back plus $1 in winnings.

In the example you use, Clooney is 4/1 which means that you would win $4 for every $1 wagered (plus your original $1 bet).

In this example, Day-Lewis is 1/10 which means that you only win $0.10 for every $1 wagered (plus your original $1 bet).

The lower the amount being paid out means that person is the person who is expected to win. The higher the odds, the less likely the person is to win. They think Day-Lewis will win by a landslide.
