ABC Trying To Pick Up Scrubs?
The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that ABC is in negotiations to pick up 18 episodes of “Scrubs” from ABC Studios, which has produced the comedy for NBC since 2001.
NBC, however, claims they are still in a “first negotiation period” (a period of exclusive negotiations) with ABC Studios. Apparently NBC and ABC Studios have been [...]
Graphic novel review: ‘The Dark Knight Returns’ (1986)
My foray into the world of graphic novels continued with The Dark Knight Returns, by Frank Miller circa 1986. The first one I read was Y: The Last Man, Book 1: Unmanned and I wrote a review about it around a week ago.
My background on this stuff is highly limited, but there is no doubt [...]

Battlestar Galactica: What’s happened so far (seasons 1-3 recap)

Well, that woman is back and this time she does the same kind of recap for Battlestar Galactica. It’s hilarious as well [...]
The Friday Question – Superheroes
Later this morning I have a review coming out on The Dark Knight Returns, the second graphic novel I’ve read in recent weeks, so my mind is on superheroes and superpowers.
On a side note, after so many Friday questions, I am bound to screw up and repeat one, so hopefully this hasn’t been done before. [...]
Lost recap, episode 4×05: ‘The Constant’
Okay, before we get to the recap, the new Iron Man trailer was hot. May 2nd can’t get here soon enough.
Alright, let’s talk about the show, because the opening was a WHOPPER and the rest of it was so crazy, I’m glad I write this thing as I watch it.
They’ve all been great episodes this [...]
All “Semi-Pro” Movie Posters
Your average movie has a couple of movie posters by the time it comes out. There’s usually a teaser poster and a regular release poster (often called a one-sheet). That’s not enough for Will Ferrell’s new release, Semi-Pro (official site), however. They’ve got at least four posters for the movie. There [...]
Will Ferrell’s ‘Love Me Sexy’ Music Video From “Semi-Pro”
Semi-Pro (official site) is an outrageous comedy set in 1976 against the backdrop of the maverick ABA – a fast-paced, wild and crazy basketball league that rivaled the NBA and made a name for itself with innovations like the three-point shot and slam dunk contest.
Will Ferrell plays Jackie Moon, a one-hit wonder who [...]
