In the British Guardian Unlimited, Stallone is quoted as having told reporters, “This is the last Rambo just as Rocky Balboa is the last Rocky. I can’t go any further. It was a miracle that it even got done.”
Stallone acted as producer, writer, director, and star of both “Rocky Balboa” and “Rambo.”
Of course, the news may come as a bit of a surprise to heavyweight producer Harvey Weinstein who, as late as Sunday, was saying that he fully expected the Rambo film series to continue after the successful relaunching of the franchise last Friday. It’s still possible, of course. Money talks. If Stallone were to be offered enough I assume he’d probably take it and crank out another one.
The current rumor is that Stallone really wants to remake “Death Wish.” He seems a little old to me to be launching that possible franchise but since he’s the only one I’ve heard who is interested in taking it on, he’ll probably get his “wish.”
I think they should have quit BEFORE making this last one

Weinstein should think abou increasing the offer for Stallone. Rocky and Rambo have been so Stallone…By changing Stallone with other actor, I’m not sure the film will get success. That’s just my opinion.
Jason I hate to correct you bud… but if you think Rambo movies are over just check this….
