DVD's, and one for HD-DVD)? Eventually, even regular ole DVD lasers wont be installed in players anymore (aka floppy drives or 3.5 drives not installed on pc's anymore), you can reduce cost by not providing for it, especially for a very brief time frame HD-DVD technology were on the market, hence you have coasters, ya know, frisbies for Riley and Charlie, shiny stuff you can marvel at on a sunny day...
