I’ve tried very hard this year to stay away from any spoilers related to Lost or Battlestar Galactica, because I truly believe finding out as you watch it is better than knowing it all up front. I have a buddy, Scott (aka Scotty Dub), who likes to read the end of books before he finishes, just so he knows how it turns out.
I love the guy, but I can’t do that. I like to be surprised.
Now, despite feeling that way, what is it about seeing something that says “SPOILERS!” right in front of me that makes me peek a little? Well, I peeked awhile ago, I believe it was on Adam’s blog, and found out who the Oceanic 6 would end up being. At that point there were three, so the last half was suddenly ruined.
It’s my fault of course, but that’s the way it goes. Well, thanks to an IO9 Morning Spoiler post, I saw something else I didn’t need to. Not only did it confirm who the last two of the 6 would be, but it gave me another tidbit I wish I’d missed.
Darn me and my curiosity! I could have looked away, and I did, but not until it was too late. Damn these eyes!
If you want to know all of it, then read that spoilery blog post, but it also has things on other shows as well, so beware.
Otherwise, Happy Lost Day everyone, can’t wait for another awesome episode tonight!
Sometimes I’ll read spoilers…but not for Lost. I don’t want to know. It’s just too much fun this year.
