Well, it only took three days, but the brand new ESPNewsHD channel has been added to your Direct TV lineup. I didn’t get a chance to check it out before I left for work this morning, but I plan on checking it out the second I get home.
Those of you who telecommute, go check it out and let us know what you think.
Direct TV also added Disney Channel HD and Toon Disney HD. That brings their HD channel total to 95, with a new satellite being launched later this year which is going to have capacity for a few hundred more.
If you don’t have DTV by now and you have an HD TV, you are really missing out on the good stuff.

Yeah I go to record a movie last night, and get a message “your DVR has been deactivated”… so I call the mighty Directtv, and am on hold for 37 min before they answered. They said on my model dvr they some how screwed up and sent a nationwide signal that deactivated all those dvr’s and thats why they had a huge wait time…
Anyone else get this???
Not that I saw…both my DVRs were working last night.
Does this mean that High School Musical 3 will be in HD now! That IS awesome! hehe. I am excited to see ESPNewsHD.
