Sorry my point was Desmond would have been one of the people to leave the island if he could have. But I guess they would have some splainin to do if they brought back someone not on the flight. The writers have mentioned that we'll get a glimpse of where the Desmond/Penny storyline is going, so maybe he gets off in some other way or at least he's not with them. So it can't be Desmond. I honestly think it's Ben or Michael in that coffin. Michael is the only other one that's gone back to the World, so he wouldn't be part of the Oceanic 6. I doubt it's Charles Widmore, because he would probably have a ton of people show for his funeral. I think it's Ben. Thats whats got me, why only six? There is no mention of the helicopter or the pilot so I don't think it is a capacity problem. I think like someone else mentioned the Island isn't done with them, and, my belief is they will eventually have to go back. Well hopefully the C-4 will dealt with next episode and we will have greater clarity with Jin and Claire. Apparently there aren't as many cliffhangers at the end of this season.
