I haven’t watched Last Comic Standing since the second season, which was the best one if I recall correctly. John Heffron won and we totally loved him and almost went to check out his act at the Tempe Improv one weekend.
Never made it of course, and haven’t watched since, but I do so very much love stand-up comedy so I may check this season out for a few episodes at least.
It’s hard to believe this is the SIXTH season of the show.
The bonus is that some of the cast of The Office are going to be critiquing the talent: Angela Kinsey, Oscar Nuñez, Leslie David Baker, Kate Flannery, and Brian Baumgartner will all be talent scouts for this season. Awesome!

This is another of those summer shows that wouldn’t stand a chance during the regular season (read SYTYCD). The last few seasons have been so-so, but we’ll probably try it out. The guest judges alone might make it fun.

Yeah this has never been a a spectacular show, its just NBC’s way to have a reality show, Journeyman should easily still be on way before this is….
Cap’n, (intervention alert) I feel like maybe you need to let Journeyman go. I know it will be difficult, like it was with Michael Johns, but I believe you can do it. You CAN do it! Say it with me now, I CAN DO IT. That’s good… you are on your way. Congrats, my tortured friend!
