I think it's fine for Olive Stone to make whatever kind of movie he wants - even making fun of the way Bush speaks if he so desires. If he can raise the money to make it, he has that right in America. Then again, all Presidents and politicians have said stupid things if they've been doing it very long. These people speak for a living and they do a LOT of talking. Clinton was known to say a few crazy things in his time (what is the definition of the word "is"?). The fact is, however, that no person could ever achieve the position of President of the United States and be the complete moron that people like Stone seem to think Bush is. It's just not possible. I think it's absurd and demeaning to the office of the Presidency and our nation to imply or portray an imbecile somehow "accidentally" becoming President. It offends me.
