"The Incredible Hulk" Already Getting 70 Minute Blu-Ray Bonus

The director of The Incredible Hulk has Hulk fans more than a little excited (if you know what I mean) after giving an interview over at Collider. In the interview, director Louis Leterrier tells us that the Blu-ray disc for The Incredible Hulk is going to have approximately 70 minutes of footage that has been cut from the movie.

Included in the footage will be all sorts of stuff. Leterrier says they will put the good and the bad in and that it isn’t all character building stuff, “Oh, there’s action stuff. There’s everything. We cut everything.” He says that there’s more backstory in the stuff they cut that makes it more like a sequel to the Ang Lee movie.

Leterrier goes on to say:

I’m not the kind of guy that likes to keep the stuff for myself. I’m like, okay you student filmmakers, here’s what I did right and here’s what I did wrong and in some of the stuff, in the 70 minutes, there’s some great stuff and there’s some really horrible stuff, but you’ll see it all, you know?

In the interview he also addresses the supposed spat between Edward Norton and the producers. He basically wipes away all of that. He says it was nothing more than a round table discussion where someone walked in who didn’t know what was going on and the whole thing got blown out of proportion.
