I’ll freely admit that Star Trek: Voyager didn’t impress me much. Yes, I watched it for awhile, but I think I gave up about halfway through its run.
In fact, just looking it up on Wikipedia, I’m blown away that there were SEVEN seasons of the show and 172 total episodes! That’s pretty remarkable. I honestly have no clue how many of those I sat through.
Well, whether you liked it or not, you can probably still appreciate the special effects and modeling that went into making the actual starship Voyager. I always thought it was cool looking, a bit different than the all the other ships to appear on these shows. Yeah, it still had a saucer section, and dual warp nacelles (<– nacelles…nerd alert), but it just “seemed” like it had a unique look.
Well, Darth Mojo, who works on the set of Battlestar Galactica in the area of visual effects, just posted some never before seen shots of the Voyager from long ago, taking all of us on a “trip down memory lane.”

Not a huge Trekkie fan, but those are very cool looking.
When reading this post, I feel like I just slipped in to a Charlie Brown episode where the adults were talking (intelligibly) and all I heard was Star Trek… starship… saucer… and something that sounded like dual warp nacelles. Crazy.
Its all pretty simpople really, you see the positronic matrix of the warp core inducer fields ensure the antimatter processors dont fluctuate to critical mass in that the original post doenst overtake any real meaning after the words star trek.
I liked Voyager.
