I’m so far out of the loop on some things, that I had no idea there was even a board game in development for The Office, not to mention TWO OF THEM!
One is a regular ol’ board game, the other a trivia game.
I don’t think it will take any of you more than a few seconds to realize these are now at the top of my Christmas list.
The Office DVD Board Game is described like this on NBC.com:
Packed with favorite scenes! Answer seven different types of questions to earn real Schrute bucks as you move along the game board that Dwight himself created. Toby Flenderson, Human Resources Representative, provides the voice over and players get to choose which of 14 characters they want to be. For 3 to 6 adult players.
The second is the one I’m more excited about. It’s called The Office Trivia Board Game, and they have this to say about it:
Players race around the office answering questions about the adventures and misadventures of all the characters. Michael, meanwhile, tries to slow you down by asking you questions about himself. Be the first player to collect a Dundie from every location—and race to collect the ‘‘Support the Rabid’‘ wrist band –to win.
Collecting Dundies? Support the Rabid? I SOOOO want this thing.

i've played them both. nice clips on the DVD and Toby narratives.
But i really liked the 2 levels of questions on the trivia board game–and you better know your stuff for the Assistant Manager questions! Rabid bracelet included in this game–that alone is worth $5-$6!!!
