Okay, I got chills watching this first teaser for Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince. The story is nearing its conclusion and the history of Voldemort is about to be told to young Potter.
This is probably the one movie remaining to be released in 2008 that gives me the desire to brave the midnight opening once more.
The scene with Tom Riddle and a younger Dumbledore was creepy, spooky and foreboding. There were also shots of Ginny and Ron, but I never saw Hermione or anyone else for that matter.
And how about the closing line:
“Did I know I’d just met the most dangerous dark wizard of all time?”
“No.”

It looks pretty good. I bet they're wishing they'd released it a couple of weeks ago when The Dark Knight came out, though.
I'm surprised there wasn't any presence at Comic-Con…it would have been huge.
I think I saw the first two movies and maybe the third I can't remeber. The first two sucked that I know. I think I read all the books except the last two in the series am I really missing out on these movies or if I thought the first two were bad is it more of the same.
Even without the three main ones, it definitely looks better than Order of the Phoenix. I don't know if it's because I decided to read book 5+6+7 that it just felt different. Like reading spoilers before a TV show but I found the last movie to be boring. Felt like it dragged. Anyone else think so?
This one looks good. But I'll have to wait and see what the other trailers look like and what the actual movie looks like. I'm guessing if I find it boring, it might be because I read the books which I'm thinking I should have never done…
Prisoner of Azkaban is still my favorite though.
Well, if you didn't like the first two, you may not like the rest. But the actors and subject matter does get older, which I think makes these newer ones better.
Wow how cool… I have to totally agree with Jason here, why couldnt they gt this out a couple of weeks earlier and get it attached to Dark Knight?
I thought Prisoner of Azkaban and Goblet of Fire are the best so far. I didn't care for the book version of Order of the Phoenix, I thought Harry was a bit too whinny, altho the movie was better. Bookwise, Half-Blood Prince was great, I'm hoping the movie is as well. So far from the trailer, I think it will be.
This trailer looks much darker then the other films. I am liking the darkness and creepy feel. I am looking forward to seeing this movie, even though this is my least favorite of all the HP books, but maybe it will be better on film. There should be a lot of action.
