You wouldn’t think that something you can get exclusively by buying a pizza from Dominoes would really be all that special (no offense to Dominoes). But as part of a promotional campaign for The Dark Knight, Dominoes Pizza is offering access to its “Dark Knight Vault” to any customer who places an order online. I didn’t place an order online, but I do know what awaits us in the vault.
What awaits us is the coolest and most cinematic trailer yet for The Dark Knight. This trailer combines all the cool stuff we’ve seen in the other trailers with an even clearer explanation of the thematic elements at play in the movie. Did I lose you? Well, check it out and tell me you don’t have a better understanding of the battle between The Joker and Batman after having seen it.
It looks like director Christopher Nolan along with the screenwriters and everyone else on the project really dug in to find out what the story was all about before making the film. It looks like that’s the case and I’m really hoping that’s the case. At any rate, we don’t have long to wait to find out.
The Dark Knight stars Christian Bale, Heath Ledger, Gary Oldman, Michael Caine, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Morgan Freeman, and Aaron Eckhart.
It will be hitting theaters on July 18, 2008.

Umm, chills and stuff? wow….
I think the interesting thing is that we talk so much about Ledger, the Joker, Two-Face, etc., but we really have no idea how Batman is going to change and grow in this film. This trailer sort of gave a hint to that.
NICE!
What!?! I had no idea a Batman movie was coming out! This is awesome! Thanks, Domino's.
Just saw an E clip on Hulu, looks really freaking good, the movie not E news.
Somebody turned on Jina's sarcasm switch today.
Wowsers…. so did you order a pizza just to get that content?!?! Man the things you guys do for this website!!
No. No, I didn't. It's not in the budget.
More like they just turned off the suppression filter, because this is normal
