Awesome episode, I will reiterate your double-emphasis of Dubby in underwear. Yikes!

The only downside is that ABC Family just went HD and that episode taped on the normal SD channel for me :(

Is it just me, or does Natalie Morales get cuter with each episode?

I loved all the Die Hard references and you even picked up on the Enterprise scrub scene, which is exactly what I thought of when I first saw it.

Wonder what's going on with Tyler and the dude from BSG. What does he want with him? Does he know he has the talent to be a Middleman and is going to use that for evil?

    I think so.

Seriously. When Badger offers you a job, run.

    Just ask Mal Reynolds.

Richard, reading your recap is just about as entertaining as watching the actual episode, which was very good. Not my fav of the 11 eps this season, but it had some incredibly hilarious moments.

Only quibble: I think Javi was [slightly] pushing the boundary of silliness and camp by showing Wendy inside Ida's head with the nanobots. That sequence could've been handled off camera with WW describing her journey through the Middlewatch up until the re-embiggens process. Granted, we would have missed the wonderful little scene in Ida’s cortex, but seeing the inner workings of Ida and the goofy looking nanobots was a just a little over the top, even for this show. But that’s just me… I could be wrong (and usually am).

Aside from that, great stuff all around including:

    - Wendy Watson in tight underwear (ought to be a “double check”). And yes, I immediately thought of that Enterprise episode as well during the de-con scene.

    - All the Die Hard references highlighted by ‘Maximum’ Aldwin’s final words of “yippi-kay-yay [BLEEP!]“

    - The recruitment of Tyler and introduction of Fatboy Industries, which – after reading Javi’s blog – does appear to be an evil corporation bent on world domination.

    - Mark Sheppard. He may be Badger to many (and he was great in that role), but I also enjoyed his season 3 BSG performance as Gaius Baltar’s defense attorney Romo Lampkin. Somebody please get this guy on a good series as a regular cast member!

Would love to see this show get renewed for a second season and move forward with a F.A.T.B.O.Y. vs. The Middleman organization story arc, including recurring appearances by Sheppard.

Only one episode left! Has anyone heard whether this show will be back at some point in the future???

Romo is a great character, but I still think of him as Badger. What I love about Sheppard is how well he can create a fully realized character in so little time. I'm really intrigued by Manservant Neville, and it's not like he spent a lot of time on screen.

As for pickup…no one's heard anything public. Javi's still hopeful, but if you wanted to send M&Ms to ABC Family it couldn't hurt. :)

Man, Badger, Romo, etc…that guys gets around :)
