I wanted to pass along this trailer for Pride and Glory, starring Edward Norton and Collin Farrell, because when those two guys do a movie together, you can usually expect something great.
But in this case, I’m not holding my breath. Of course, it doesn’t help that I feel like I already saw the entire plot of Pride and Glory in the trailer below, which is such a problem these days.
Why do film studios feel like the entire story of a movie needs to be spelled out for you in a preview? For me personally, I love the ones that give you a glimpse of what it’s about, but really don’t spoil any key plot points or angles.
But I digress. Pride and Glory, from what I can gather from the detailed scenes below, doesn’t look like anything we haven’t seen before. There are good cops and bad cops, and in this case, Norton is a good one, Farrell is the bad and…wait for it…they are related.
You guys be the judge. Does it look cool or done to death?

I think the fact that there are no comments on this pretty much proves my point
I'm not going to watch the trailer now that I know it contains the entire plot. That's messed up. Ed Norton and Collin Farrell should really rock a movie.
I think I've seen this movie before…wasn't Mark Wahlberg in it?
Yup, that's the same movie I was thinking of.
Great minds think alike.
