The American Idol Results show for week 10 of Season 7 live performances saw the contestants cut by one more and left us with only 5 hopefuls remaining. This week was Inspirational Song week so the Idol hopefuls had plenty of song choices to pick that perfect song for their style. As usual, however, some did better than others. Continue →
American Idol 2008 Results – Top 8 Announced – April 2
The American Idol Results show for week 7 of Season 7 live performances chipped away at our Top 10 once more and narrowed the remaining contestants to only 8. As usual, the results show had a minor surprise and a Dolly Parton song will forever spell doom for one unfortunate Idol hopeful. Continue →
American Idol 2008 – Top 9 Performance (4/01/08) Recaps
We’re now in week seven of American Idol 2008 live performances and we’re down to the Top 9 contestants. It’s actually a good time for the show since we’ve seen most of the pretenders get voted off, the show has been cut down to only an hour long, and we have the first of our musical mentors. This week Dolly Parton dropped by to lend her considerable talents to the show. Continue →
