In reality, it’s now the 25 Days of Oscar on TCM.

Basically, TCM or Turner Classic Movies, is having their big 31 days of Oscar, where they are showing all previous Academy Awards films that were either nominated or won an Oscar throughout the years.

Uncut and commercial free. Not bad.

Each day seems to showcase a different span of years in history. For example, today (the 7th of February), it’s the 1960′s. The highlight for me is the 8pm EST showing of 2001: A Space Odyssey.

9th – Dead Poets Society

10th – Return of the King, Seven, Silence of the Lambs

17th – Jerry Maguire, Amistad

21st – The Great Escape

31st – Unforgiven
